At Coppable.com, we are committed to providing our valued customers with high-quality products, competitive prices, reliable service, and a convenient shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a return, exchange, or repair where applicable.
If you have received an item from us and are not satisfied, please contact our Customer Service team before returning any product.

1. Return Period
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your product.
If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund, exchange, or repair, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery;

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;

The item must not have any man-made damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage;

The item must be returned with its original tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase;

The item must not fall under any non-returnable category listed in this policy.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
3. How to Request a Return
Before sending back any item, please contact us by email to request a return authorization and return address.

Photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please do not send the product back without contacting us first.
4. Return Address Notice
Please contact us first to obtain the correct return address.
We cannot issue a refund if any of the following situations occur:

The product is sent to the wrong address;

The product is returned directly to the original shipping address without contacting us;

The product is returned by cash on delivery;

The returned package cannot be received due to incorrect shipping information or unpaid return shipping fees.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed defective product, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping fee and return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
If you are returning an item valued over USD $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee a refund if we do not receive your returned item.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will arrange the exchange if it is approved. The time required to complete an exchange may vary depending on your location, product availability, and shipping conditions.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we may offer you a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund is officially posted to your account.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

9. Sale Items and Final Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund.
Sale items, clearance items, promotional items, customized items, and final sale items may not be refundable unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

Items returned after the 30-day return period;

Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged;

Items without original tags, packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase;

Customized or personalized products;

Final sale or clearance products;

Gift cards or store credits;

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, unless defective or incorrect.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@coppable.com.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or another reasonable solution.
Please do not dispose of the item or packaging before contacting us, as we may need photos or return inspection to process your request.
12. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try our best to cancel it and issue a refund.
If your order has already been processed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the package, subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
